Raised on a farm in Manitoba, Chef Carolyn’s passion for cooking great food started at an early age. She learned how the freshest and simplest ingredients could be turned into the most wonderfully delicious meals. During her career as a professional chef, Carolyn has worked with celebrity chefs, cooked at the 2010 G8 Summit and competed on Chopped Canada. 

Now she invests all that knowledge and experience into creating these premixed spice packs for you and your family while continuing to offer customized cooking classes and personalized chef services. Only the highest quality ingredients with no additives or preservatives go into her creations.
