A boutique winery by design, Coffin Ridge produces high quality, small batch wine made primarily from grapes grown from vines hand planted & hand picked in Grey County
Coffin Ridge Vineyard
The vineyard was the brainchild of Neil Lamont who, upon settling with Gwen in rural Meaford’s Irish Block, noticed that there was an abundance of wild grapes growing between Balaclava and Owen Sound. Neil had an idea. Before long, Grey County’s very first commercial vineyard was established. Coffin Ridge produces high quality, small batch wine made primarily from grapes grown from hand planted, hand picked Grey County grapes. Coffin Ridge’s three signature wines: Into The Light White, Back From The Dead Red and Resurrection Rose express the Grey County terroir exquisitely.
